Wildwood at Oakcrest North by Friendswood Dvelopment
LANDology was brought into design entries and amenities for an expansion of an existing community. We provided a fresh take on some elements referenced in previous development, altering proportions where needed, and introduced pedestrian interaction with community identity/ monumentation resulting in an enjoyable park space in addition to an attractive icon. The community pool, clubhouse, playground and parking elements were sited to preserve large existing live oak trees.
